做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。
