做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
