做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
